Mar 3 - REMINDER

Vendors  - pass code expiration dates to March 5th.  Your clients must use the codes you gave them on their registration forms and email them to either Mike (address is on the form) or Judy judith.reustle@escg.jacobs.com to receive credit.

 

Everyone - Hotel specials expire on March 5th as well.  You must make your reservation by March 5th to receive the discounted rates.

 

Feb 26 - Pass Code Extension

Feb 26 - WELCOME SOCIAL THURSDAY NIGHT AT THE RESIDENCE INN

All attendees, Speakers, Vendors and Sponsors are invited to attend a small Welcome Social Thursday Night at the Residence Inn.  You will have an opportunity to meet the GHRUG Board of Directors and have some offline discussions before the conference begins.  We will have your welcome packages available so you can look at them before the conference.

 

Feb 14 - Vendor Pass Codes

Vendors this is a reminder that your clients must fill out their registration forms and turn them in before February 28th which is this Thursday.

If they have any problems they can call Judy Reustle at 281-461-5813 and leave a message with their name, contact number and pass code before the cut off date and she will help them get registered.  Please send her an email with the names of the folks that received your pass codes if possible.

 

Feb 7 - Friday Night Barbeque

Paul Edwards and Birket Foster will be sponsoring a Friday Night Barbeque to be held at the Residence Inn for all attendees, speakers, sponsors and Vendors.  If you would like to make a reservation at the Residence Inn you can book your room from the GHRUG website.  Just click on Book Hotel and the two hotel specials that we coordinated will be available.

 

Feb 1 - Speakers, I need your BIOS

If you are scheduled to speak at the conference, I need your abstracts, a black and white picture and your Bios by February 29, 2008.  If you have any questions contact the conference coordinator at judith.reustle@escg.jacobs.com and she will be able to help you.

 

Jan 22 - CALL FOR ATTENDEES
